Dietary Services Manager

Pay: Negotiable based on experience

Location: Garretson, SD

Palisade Healthcare Center, part of Evergreen Healthcare Group, is seeking a Dietary Services Manager who is passionate about nutrition, leadership, and creating a positive dining experience for residents in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dietary operations in collaboration with the Dietitian
• Ensure compliance with state and federal long-term care regulations
• Supervise food preparation, service, ordering, storage, and sanitation
• Adapt menus to meet resident preferences and facility needs
• Lead, train, and support dietary staff
• Communicate directly with residents and center leadership
  
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Approved food service supervision training (Dietary Managers Association standards or equivalent)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties
