- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living, vital signs, and medical treatments
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and caregivers

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process improvements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One year of experience in long-term care or a related field preferred
