About the Role:

Missoula Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate, community-minded individuals to join our Activities team as volunteers. This is an unpaid volunteer position.

It’s a great opportunity for anyone looking to give back, connect with their community, or gain experience for future careers in healthcare, education, social work, or occupational/physical therapy. Whether you can volunteer a few hours a week or more, your time will make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visits residents one-on-one to provide:
• Friendly companionship.
• Sensory stimulation.
• Reality orientation.
• Personalized support based on individual Activity Plan.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing a diverse range of activities.
• Engage residents in arts and crafts, games, music, and other recreational programs.
• Notify residents and staff about upcoming activities.
• Help transport residents to and from activity areas in collaboration with nursing staff.
  
  

No prior experience is necessary—just a caring attitude and a willingness to make a positive impact.
