Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Rehabilitation Technician (Rehab Tech) to support our therapy team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). The Rehab Tech assists Physical Therapists (PT), Occupational Therapists (OT), and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) in delivering high-quality care to residents, helping them regain independence and improve functional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist therapists with resident treatment sessions under direct supervision
• Prepare and maintain therapy treatment areas, equipment, and supplies
• Transport residents to and from therapy sessions safely and efficiently
• Support residents during exercises and activities as directed by therapists
• Monitor residents during therapy and report any concerns to clinical staff
• Clean and disinfect equipment in accordance with infection control policies
• Assist with clerical duties such as scheduling, filing, and documentation support
• Maintain accurate records of patient activity and therapy support services
• Ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming therapy environment
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in a healthcare, rehabilitation, or SNF setting preferred
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Physical ability to assist with lifting, transferring, and mobility of residents
  
  
  

Schedule:

• Full-time position
• Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends or holidays as needed
• Hours may vary based on patient census and facility needs
