Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Fairfax, VA, for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, designing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, monitoring client progress, and providing direct services. In addition, the BCBA will educate parents and caregivers on effective behavior management strategies, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure adherence to applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Experience with Parent Education and Behavior Management
• Knowledge of Psychology principles related to behavior management
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
• Experience working with diverse populations and ages in clinical or home health settings is a plus
• Ability to develop and implement individualized intervention plans effectively

Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour (based on experience)
