About The Position
Reporting directly to the SVP, People & Culture, the “Program/Project Manager, People & Culture” will directly support key People & Culture initiatives that enhance employee experience, drive organizational effectiveness, and align with our commitment to helping individuals achieve independence through education and employment. This role will serve as a strategic connector across departments, ensuring P&C programs are integrated, inclusive, and responsive to the needs of our diverse workforce and community.

Key Responsibilities
- Program & Project Leadership
- Manage implementation of P&C programs including onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and professional development.
- Proactively manage program, project, and initiative backlog
- Lead cross-functional projects that support organizational goals, ensuring alignment between P&C, Retail, Mission Services, and Operations teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure P&C initiatives reflect the values and needs of the communities we serve.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a central point of coordination between P&C and other departments to ensure seamless communication and program execution.
- Facilitate feedback loops between frontline staff, leadership, and P&C to continuously improve employee experience.
- Data & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze P&C metrics to assess program impact and inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership, board members, and external partners.
- Communication and Change Management
- Own the development and implementation of P&C project and initiative communication and change management, to include any training or FAQs related to implementation and rollout.
- Ensure all communication is in keeping with EGNW standards and templates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR/P&C program or project management, preferably in a nonprofit or social enterprise setting.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and build strong relationships across departments.
- Strong understanding of change management and internal communication principles.
- Strong understanding of P&C practices, nonprofit operations, and workforce development.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and project management tools (e.g., Dayforce, Asana, etc.).
- Experience working with underserved populations or in mission-driven organizations.
- Certification in P&C (e.g., SHRM-CP) or project management (e.g., PMP).
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
