Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.

Responsibilities
- In a fast paced, safety first environment help move grain to ensure quality and maintain proper inventory. Our family-oriented team is looking for someone who wants to help growers succeed by:
- Learn proper aeration techniques to maintain grain quality while also monitoring quality and condition of grain.
- Accurately segregate inbound commodities and effective blend outbound grain.
- Conduct periodic inspections of equipment for proper maintenance procedures and identify problem areas.
- Stay on top of grain market action and support company marketing efforts.
- Assist with employee schedules and issue inbound/outbound accounting documents.

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, high noise levels, and around dust.
- Good customer service, problem-solving and work ethic.
- Team-player eager to help other departments of the company.
- Willingness to get the job done during peak season by working extended hours as needed.
- Normally requires a high school diploma or the equivalent thereof.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Grain Grading Certificate.
- Must hold and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to work at heights of over 150 feet and lift 50 lbs.
- Solid mechanical abilities, electrical and ag background helpful but not needed
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screen.
- Willing to train candidates with a great attitude, strong work ethic and no ag experience needed!
