TheCam Clark Auto Group is seeking two driven and experienced Lube Technicians to join our rapidly growing team in Evergreen Ford Lincoln in Issaquah, WA. What We’re Looking For:
- Entry Level Technician with 1 year of prior experience
- Basic understanding of oil, filters, fluids
- Good attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures
- Must have a valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
- Supply your own tools
Responsibilities – Quick Lube Technician:
- Performing oil changes and tire rotations efficiently and accurately
- Conducting vehicle inspections to identify potential issues
- Completing light maintenance tasks such as replacing filters, wipers, and bulbs
- Performing brake inspections and repairs
- Conducting fluid flushes and refills (coolant, transmission, brake, power steering, etc.)
- Performing wheel alignments and balancing
- Ensuring all work meets dealership and manufacturer standards
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Communicating effectively with service advisors and customers about vehicle maintenance needs
Physical Requirements:
- Frequently required to stand, bend, use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.
- The employee is occasionally required to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures and conditions.
