Financial Advisor Assistant – Shrewsbury, NJ

Evergreen Financial Group, located in Shrewsbury, NJ, is seeking a Financial Advisor Assistant to join our dynamic and fast-paced office.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Operations:

• Experience on OSAIC/eQuipt platform is a Plus
• Coordinate client review meetings and appointments.
• Opening accounts and processing money transactions.
• Work with clients and advisors to complete custodian-specific and firm-specific paperwork.
• Handle client service requests and account-related inquiries.
• Learn and utilize various technology tools for client-facing and back-office tasks.

Daily Office Support:

• Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage other correspondence.
• Maintain and update Redtail CRM database.
• Assist with general office administrative tasks as needed.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to work on-site and from home in a professional office environment.
• Series 7 Helpful - But not required
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating in a team environment.
• Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
