Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage phone systems efficiently, handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for healthcare providers.
- Collect patient information and verify insurance details accurately.
- Maintain patient records in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Support office management tasks to ensure the clinic runs smoothly.
- Provide excellent patient service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Uphold professional phone etiquette during all communications.
Qualifications
- No experience necessary, will provide training
- Must be able to communicate in Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin required)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using office equipment and phone systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on patient service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of medical collection processes is an advantage.
