We’re looking for a self-motivated, tech-savvy Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue and support independent retailers across North America. This role requires strong communication skills, comfort with digital tools, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Account Management
- Manage 200–400 accounts through proactive outreach (calls, emails, video conferencing).
- Drive reorders, upsell seasonal products, and re-engage inactive accounts.
- Oversee pre-book orders during product launches to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Participate in trade shows and virtual events to promote new products.
- Build lasting relationships with retailers by understanding their needs and recommending products.
- Ensure a seamless buying experience through clear, consistent communication.
- Collaborate with Territory and District Managers to support account success.
- Create and manage sales orders; coordinate changes and deliveries with Customer Service and warehouse teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order history in CRM systems.
- Use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom for daily workflow and communication.
- Navigate CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and digital ordering systems to manage accounts and analyze trends.
- Leverage digital resources, inventory tools, and remote showroom technology for consultative selling.
