Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls efficiently and courteously while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages, with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and paper—to support efficient document retrieval and record keeping.
- Support office management duties including supply inventory, basic bookkeeping, proofing documents, and maintaining office cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries professionally and ensuring patient needs are met promptly.
- Coordinate with team members on administrative projects like personal assistance tasks or medical/dental receptionist duties if applicable.
- Manage phone systems effectively, ensuring all calls are answered in a timely manner while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Experience
Candidates should bring a solid background in office administration or clerical work, ideally with experience in front desk or receptionist roles within medical or dental practices.
