About the Role
The Marketing Manager will lead top-of-funnel growth and brand awareness for our four clinics. You’ll design and execute multi-channel strategies—digital, social, and community-based—that attract new clients and position our clinics as trusted providers locally and statewide.
This is a contract-to-hire role (remote or hybrid), ideal for an entrepreneurial marketer who wants to build a function from the ground up.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute lead-generation campaigns across digital channels (SEO, paid search, social media, email, and community outreach).
Manage performance across marketing funnels; track lead quality and conversion.
Research and test new lead sources to ensure a strong, sustainable pipeline.
Analyze campaign metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
Maintain CRM and tracking systems for accurate attribution and reporting.
Create and manage website, social, and newsletter content to drive engagement.
Manage and optimize paid advertising across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms.
Collaborate with clinic directors to tailor campaigns to local community needs.
Build referral and community partnerships to expand reach.
Oversee vendors and contractors as needed.
Requirements
3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally covering both digital and community-based marketing.
Proven success in lead generation and campaign management.
Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and Meta advertising (Facebook/Instagram).
Excellent writing and communication skills; able to tailor messaging to multiple audiences.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
Comfortable using AI tools for marketing strategy, optimization, and automation.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Self-starter who thrives in a flexible, remote or hybrid environment.
Nice to Have
Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or professional services.
Familiarity with TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn advertising.
Experience marketing for multi-location or multi-brand organizations.
Knowledge of HIPAA considerations in digital marketing.
Experience with community outreach or referral marketing partnerships.
