Role Description The Social Media Engagement Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Eagan, MN. This role is responsible for managing Evergreen’s social media presence, including planning and publishing content across platforms, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. The Social Media Engagement Manager will develop and execute social media campaigns that highlight projects, company values, and customer stories, while aligning with the overall brand and marketing strategy. Day-to-day tasks include creating posts and short-form copy, coordinating visual assets, tracking performance metrics, optimizing content for reach and engagement, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate representation of services. The role also involves staying up to date on industry trends and social media best practices to continually improve Evergreen’s online visibility.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow brand presence across channels.
- Strong Communication and Writing skills to engage audiences, respond to inquiries, and represent the company’s voice clearly and professionally.
- Experience with Content Strategy for planning, scheduling, and aligning social media content with broader marketing goals.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance metrics, with the ability to interpret data and adjust campaigns accordingly.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site, coordinate with project and sales teams, and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in construction, home services, or a related industry is beneficial but not required.
- Proficiency with major social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and basic knowledge of visual content tools (e.g., Canva or similar) is a plus.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
