Property Manager (Part-Time)

We're looking for a part-time Property Manager (20 hours/week), Monday through Friday, 9 am - 1 pm, for Golden Oak Manufactured Home Community.

The Property Manager handles the daily administrative operations of the community and works alongside the maintenance technician to maintain curb appeal as well as maintain/increase occupancy.
