What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative / Marketing Coordinator position at Evergreen Capital?

In this role, you own the day-to-day logistics that keep our investor communications and marketing engine running along.
You’ll coordinate calendars, manage social-media accounts, and serve as a detail-oriented liaison between partners, investors, and our external marketing agency.
Core Responsibilities Area / What You’ll Do:
Executive & Office Support
- Help keep the trains running on time
- Tackle adhoc tasks which are important but not urgent
- Maintain organized digital filing systems (dropbox) and checklists
- Track recurring deadlines - content creation, LLC registrations and nudge owners before due dates
- Light expense and accounts payable support
Investor Relations (Light)
- Help with CRM software management
- Track incoming investor inquiries and route promptly
Social-Media & Marketing Ops
- Help drive social content for the firm, including basic upload / scheduling and formatting to match our designers work / company branding
Data & CRM
- Assist with CRM setup / fine-tuning and monitor business development KPIs
Qualifications
- 5 yrs administrative experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated comfort with Google Workspace & MS Office
- Familiarity social-media platforms / scheduling
- Comfort with software / CRM proficiency (Close.io or similar)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional communication skills and high discretion with confidential information
- Ability to work on-site in Newport Beach 2 times per week
- High, positive energy get it done personality
- Comfortable leveraging ChatGPT / AI to increase productivity
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience coordinating marketing systems / sales process
- Prior exposure to finance, wealth management, or investor-facing roles
Hours & Compensation
- 10-15 hours per week, ideally spread over two in-person days
- $25-$30/hour, paid semi-monthly
- Potential to expand responsibilities and hours as firm scales (or can stay part-time)
