About the Role
As an Inside Sales Representative (Acquisitions Manager) - Fix and Flip, you’ll be on the front lines of the business — speaking with motivated sellers, making cash offers, and putting deals under contract.
You’ll focus on closing and on the phone all-day.
What You’ll Do Daily
- Make 175 inbound/outbound calls with warm, motivated sellers
- Build rapport and uncover seller motivation
- Negotiate win-win solutions
- Present cash offers using proven scripts and strategies
- Analyze properties and determine offer prices (training provided)
- Manage leads and follow-ups in our CRM
- Send contracts and push deals through closing
Bonus: Earn up to $30,000 within your first 3-months by closing $300,000 of revenue within your first 90-days!
