Who We Are:

Evergreen Bilingual Learning Center is a family-owned and operated bilingual educational facility that serves children from six weeks to kindergarten age. We believe in nurturing children in a safe, faith-based, and bilingual environment where they can grow spiritually, emotionally, and academically. We are growing and currently seeking lead teachers and assistant teachers to join our North and South Arlington campuses.

Positions available:

Assistant teachers

Lead teachers

Schedules

Part time: 30 hours per week

Full time: 40 hours per week

Pay Range: $14-$18 hourly

Job Requirements: (per Texas HHS Child Care Licensing and Evergreen Standards)

· At least 18 years old with a high school diploma/GED

· Fully bilingual in English/Spanish (verbal and written)

· 1 years of experience working with children (Infants, Toddlers, or PreK)

· Able to pass a background check and fingerprinting

· Reliable transportation and flexibility to work 8-hour shift between 7 am – 6 pm

· Comfortable in a Christian, faith-based environment

· Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

· Strong communication skills for daily parent updates via our app

· Experience with lesson planning and keeping children engaged in learning

· Preferred: Familiarity with Frog Street curriculum

· Preferred: Experience with Brightwheel

**CDA certification and experience with lesson planning is required for lead teacher positions**

Job Responsibilities:

· Support and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities

· Create and maintain a safe, loving, and organized classroom environment

· Maintain communication with parents through daily Brightwheel updates

· Collaborate with team members to ensure continuity of care and education

· Assist children with meals, rest time, and self-help skills

· Uphold Evergreen’s mission of bilingual, faith-based education
