Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and interior cleaning to achieve a showroom-quality finish
- Execute paint buffing and polishing to restore vehicle surfaces and remove minor imperfections
- Conduct window tinting procedures where applicable, ensuring precise application and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area by performing janitorial and custodial tasks regularly
- Assist with car wash services, ensuring vehicles are thoroughly cleaned inside and out before delivery or customer pickup
- Support the overall maintenance of the shop’s cleanliness by following established custodial procedures
- Drive company vehicles as needed for errands or vehicle movement within the facility while adhering to safety protocols
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and team members
- Experience in car washing, detailing, buffing, and general vehicle cleaning techniques
- Ability to operate basic tools and equipment used in vehicle detailing safely and efficiently
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for driving company vehicles when required
