Outside Services Supervisor

Guest Services: - Welcome and assist golfers with their bags, equipment, and provide exceptional customer service. - Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Staff Supervision: - Train and schedule outside service staff. - Supervise and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism. - Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. 3. Equipment and Facilities Maintenance: - Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of golf carts and practice facilities. - Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of golf carts, range equipment, and practice areas. - Report any equipment or facility issues to Director of Golf or General Manager. 4. Inventory Management: - Maintain an inventory of range balls and other golf-related items. 5. Safety and Compliance: - Enforce golf course rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. - Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards, such as chemical handling and disposal. - Address safety concerns promptly and take necessary corrective actions. Qualifications: Previous experience in golf course operations or a similar role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Leadership and team management abilities. Knowledge of golf equipment and terminology. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours. Team Member Lifestyle Perks!
