Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise installation crews on job sites
- Oversee pool, hot tub, and sauna installations from start to finish
- Read and interpret installation plans and site layouts
- Ensure work is completed safely, correctly, and on schedule
- Communicate with customers and address basic on-site questions
- Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and local codes
- Prior experience in pool installation, construction, landscaping, plumbing, electrical, or similar trades
- Leadership or foreman experience strongly preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
Salary : $22 - $30
