Company Overview

Everglory Products Corporation, founded in 2022 in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, manufactures and distributes disposable paper plates and paper party supplies. With two production lines, growing warehouse operations, and increasing sales volume with major U.S. retailers, we are rapidly transitioning from a founder-driven environment to a system-driven, standards-based, and compliance-focused organization

As we expand toward four production lines and 50 employees, we are committed to building safety culture, operational excellence, and long-term organizational structure. We value professionalism, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Position Summary

Everglory is seeking an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager to lead all operational functions—including Production, Warehousing, Purchasing, and Sales Order Fulfillment—and to architect the systems that will support the company’s next stage of growth. This is a long-term leadership role, working closely with Ownership.

This role requires building many systems from the ground up, including SOPs, safety programs, ISO-aligned quality processes, 5S/6S practices, training systems, and cross-department workflows. The Operations Manager reports directly to ownership (with day-to-day oversight from the onsite Director) and serves as the operational authority for the U.S. facility.

The operation currently includes ~30 employees across production, warehouse, QC, and administration, with planned expansion to ~50 employees and two additional production lines. This is a high-accountability, high-autonomy role.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring significant time on the production floor.

Candidates must have experience leading change in environments with undeveloped processes, multicultural teams, and legacy work habits.

Role includes full operational decision authority, including workforce management, safety enforcement, and process compliance decisions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Oversee daily operations across production, warehouse, purchasing, and order fulfillment.
  • Ensure alignment across all departments for smooth material flow, accurate inventory, and timely customer deliveries.

2. System Building & Process Standardization

  • Build and implement SOPs, work instructions, visual workflows, and documentation systems.
  • Develop structured training programs for operators, supervisors, and warehouse personnel.
  • Establish internal audits and compliance routines to ensure process discipline.
  • Design scalable operational systems that support future growth to four lines.

3. Quality Management (ISO 9001 Foundation)

  • Build the foundation of an ISO 9001–aligned Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Define inspection standards, documentation requirements, and corrective action processes.

  • Implement 5S/6S to maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

5. Production Excellence & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead production toward predictable uptime (>95%), efficient throughput, and minimal waste.
  • Apply Lean, 5S/6S, and continuous improvement methodologies to reduce bottlenecks.
  • Oversee maintenance planning, preventive maintenance routines, and spare parts management.
  • Analyze production data to reduce scrap, optimize material usage, and control costs.

6. Team Leadership & Workforce Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors, warehouse leads, purchasing staff, and coordinators.
  • Create accountability systems, performance expectations, and structured communication routines.
  • Develop a collaborative, respectful, and safety-focused culture consistent with U.S. standards.
  • Act as a cultural bridge between ownership leadership and a predominantly Spanish-speaking workforce (~80%).

7. Budgeting, Purchasing & Inventory Oversight

  • Manage operational budgets, staffing plans, and material usage.
  • Lead purchasing processes to ensure competitive pricing and reliable supply.
  • Improve inventory accuracy, receiving procedures, cycle counts, and warehouse layout.
  • Strengthen material flow from receiving → warehouse → production → finished goods.
