Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Executive to join our sales team. Duties
- Execute strategic sales plans within assigned territory to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prospect for new clients through networking, and other lead generation techniques.
- Conduct engaging consultations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs.
- Manage existing accounts by providing excellent customer service, upselling, and fostering long-term relationships.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing contacts, and analyzing sales data.
- Identify market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with Sales Director to develop targeted campaigns that support territory growth.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals through effective communication and understanding client requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status for accurate forecasting.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand brand presence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or related roles with a strong track record of achieving targets.
- Knowledge of B2B sales, management, and territory management strategies.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar tools for lead tracking and analysis.
- Excellent skills in negotiation, communication, and building customer relationships.
- Ability to conduct compelling presentations tailored to client needs.
- Strong analytical skills for market research, sales forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Experience in technology sales, inside sales, or retail sales is a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
- Valid driver’s license required for travel within assigned territory; willingness to travel frequently as needed. Pay: $65,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
