The Administrative Assistant performs routine clerical and administrative duties and assists in the coordination of general office functions.

- Assistance with campus administrative functions
- Assistance with answering phones
- Assistance with events planning
- Must have knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
- Works well under pressure, multi-tasking, and a team player
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree from a 4 -year college or university; and 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Evenings and Saturdays
- Monday through Thursday: 5:00pm - 8:00pm
- Saturdays: 8:00am-5:00pm
