Company: Everfur
Location: Brooklyn, NY — in-office filming once per week
Compensation: $1,500/month
Contract Type: Part-time contractor
Everfur is looking for a creative, reliable YouTube Videographer & Editor to help us build and grow our YouTube channel. This is a hands-on contract role for someone who can take ownership of the full video process - from ideation to filming to editing and repurposing content into Shorts.
We’re looking for someone who understands YouTube, knows how to make engaging videos, and can help us create consistent content that feels polished, entertaining, and on-brand.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for producing 4 YouTube videos per month, including:
- Coming into our Brooklyn office once per week to film a YouTube video
- Ideating video concepts, hooks, formats, and storylines
- Helping plan each video before filming, including rough outlines or shot lists
- Filming high-quality video and audio content in-office
- Editing each full-length YouTube video for pacing, clarity, retention, and overall quality
- Creating YouTube Shorts from the full-length videos
- Suggesting ways to improve performance, retention, titles, thumbnails, and content ideas
- Keeping the production schedule organized so videos are delivered consistently
Deliverables
Each month, the contractor will deliver:
- 4 edited long-form YouTube videos (5 mins minimum)
- Short-form clips/YouTube Shorts created from the long-form videos
- Video concepts and creative direction for each upload
Compensation
This role pays $1,500 per month for the monthly scope listed above.
Once the channel is monetized, Everfur is open to having a discussion around a potential percentage of YouTube revenue in addition to the base contract compensation.
