Position Summary
The Solutions Architect is a critical, cross-functional role responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solution implementation. This position is central to the full lifecycle of solution development, from early-stage Business Development (BD) and shaping competitive proposals to technical exchange, and innovations. The Solutions Architect will drive innovation, ensure technical integrity across all offerings, and be a key contributor to strategic growth initiatives, including M&A due diligence and new market entry.

The actual salary offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs. What You’ll Be Doing
Strategy & Business Development
- Opportunity Qualification & Shaping: Participate in initial BD and Go-to-Market activities to qualify strategic opportunities.
- Proposal & Capture Management: Lead the technical solution response and documentation for RFIs, RFPs, and Unsolicited Proposals. Ensure technical alignment with the bid strategy and support the Bid Approval and transition to Capture process.
- Client Engagement: Lead technical portions of High-level Executive Meetings and Partnership communication. Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations to potential clients and partners.
- Partnership Strategy: Support teaming and collaboration with partners, including defining technical scopes for integration, development, testing, and formal Teaming Agreements.
- Solution Architecture: Define, design, and validate end-to-end technical solutions that meet complex client requirements, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
- Technical Exchange: Serve as the primary technical liaison, facilitating the transfer of technical information and managing the Technical Exchange process.
- Prototyping & Testing: Oversee and participate in Lab POCs (Proof of Concepts), Joint Engineering and Collaboration, and major Partnership Solutioning and Testing.
- Innovation & Roadmap: Drive the Innovations Workflow, including Development innovation week, Triage submission, and contribute to the Development roadmap and execution tracking. Ensure internal/external technology integration.
- Documentation: Author or contribute to technical documentation, including White Papers, Document Reviews, and internal Development/Test/Validate Solution materials.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with Sales, BD, PS, Chief Product Officer, and other functional leads to ensure technical solutions are integrated into Strategic planning.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architect, or similar role, demonstrating a track record of successful solution delivery from conception through deployment.
- Technical Acumen: Deep technical expertise in relevant domains (e.g., Cross domain solutions, cloud providers (Google, Azure, AWS, Oracle), networking, cyber security, and software development). Ability to quickly evaluate new technologies and their Compatibility new environments.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences.
- Business Savvy: Strong understanding of the business side of technology, including strategic market engagement, P&L considerations, and the ability to link technical design to strategic growth.
