About The Role
The Account Executive for the Federal Civilian market is responsible for advancing Everfox's growth across civilian agencies by championing trusted connectivity, secure data movement, and mission-driven AI adoption. The role requires a strategic seller who can position Everfox’s secure cross-domain technologies and AI-ready data-protection solutions to accelerate mission speed, enable secure collaboration, and safeguard sensitive data. Success requires strong relationship-building skills, understanding complex federal environments, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
$289,700.00-340,000.00 USD
The actual OTE offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs. In addition to the OTE, Everfox offers a generous benefits package including flexible PTO, a 401k match, and contribution to healthcare coverages. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within federal civilian agencies.
- Develop and maintain key account plans to meet sales targets; build relationships with senior procurement executives and decision-makers.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, presenting solution-based proposals aligned to agency missions, especially around access and transfer cross-domain solutions.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline; report sales activity, update CRM records, and provide feedback on market trends and competitive threats.
- Collaborate with product management, technical support, and marketing to ensure customer needs are met and solutions are successfully adopted.
- Deep understanding of federal procurement processes, contracting vehicles, and competitive landscape within the federal civilian market.
- Strategic understanding of technical and security requirements for cross-domain solutions and their mission value to Fed/Civ customers.
- Ability to communicate how secure data access and transfer solutions support digital transformation and AI-driven modernization initiatives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building capabilities.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales focused on the federal civilian market, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
