Salary: $120k-$160k (Senior Tax Manager: $135k-$175k)
Requirements: Must have an active CPA & minimum 6 years of Public Accounting & Tax Exp.

Key Responsibilities
Compliance & Review Management
- Lead the preparation and review of federal, state, and local tax returns.
- Manage returns for S and C corporations, partnerships, LLCs, trusts, and individuals.
- Research complex tax issues and interpret evolving tax laws to find optimal client solutions.
- Oversee tax planning initiatives for closely held businesses and their owners.
Client Advisory & Relationships
- Serve as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with both existing and new clients.
- Partner with clients across core industries like healthcare, manufacturing, and non-profits.
Team Leadership & Firm Growth
- Train, develop, supervise, and mentor Tax Staff, Seniors, and Supervisors.
- Manage multiple engagements and workflows across various industries simultaneously.
- Participate in firm-wide initiatives, including internal process improvements and training programs.
- Demonstrate a clear desire to take on leadership responsibilities and track toward Partner.
What You Need for this Position
Required:
- Active CPA License.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of Public Accounting & Tax Exp.
- Currently a Tax Manager or highly experienced Supervisor.
- Exp. Reviewing a mix of entities (1040s, 1041s, 1065, 1120S, 1120, 990s).
- Exp. in Diverse Industries: Healthcare, Medical, Manufacturing, Retail, NFP, etc.
Preferred:
- Master's in Taxation (MST) or Accounting.
- Strong Business Return & closely-held business tax planning exp.
- Track record of training, developing, and mentoring staff.
