Service Department Manager – Boutique Dealership Specializing in German Vehicles

We specialize in BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Porsche, and pride ourselves on delivering a premium experience to every customer. What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional customer satisfaction
- Manage service advisors, technicians, and support staff with a hands-on, team-oriented approach
- Utilize Tekmetric to its fullest potential for workflow, reporting, and customer communication
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal departments
- Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to drive profitability and service excellence
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience with German vehicles – especially BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Porsche
- Proficiency with Tekmetric is a must
- Bilingual in Spanish and English highly preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Bonus Points:
- Prior experience in a boutique or luxury dealership environment
- ASE certifications or manufacturer-specific training
- Familiarity with digital inspection tools and modern service workflows
