What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trendsend Operations Coordinator position at Evereve Incorporated?
Description
As a Trendsend Operations Coordinator, you will be on the pulse of Trendsend. You will monitor new and existing Trendsend accounts and be a liaison between stores, Warehouse Team, Care Team, and external partners. Your work will drive Trendsend sales growth by ensuring smooth & timely styling operations, excellent customer service, accurate financial reporting and loss prevention.

Role Expectations
- Daily order allocations and queue management including assisting with store Trendsend sales forecasting
- Checkout overdue or late returned orders
- Reconcile daily tenders and correct payment application discrepancies
- Review system flags and outstanding Trendsend orders report to ensure orders are completed timely and accurately
- Resolve customer chargebacks providing necessary documentation to challenge the chargeback when needed
- Assist Operational Manager & Director with Trendsend reporting
- Assist with month-end reporting
- Post weekly best sellers to StorIQ
- Assist with ad-hoc Trendsend analysis projects
- Partner with Care Team and Loss Prevention Manager
- Monitor past due customers and manage the orders through the collection process including collection and proper application of payments, point person with the collection agency and processing inventory transfers, monthly reporting
- Assist as needed with daily review of customers that are under review and send orders for fraudulent or collection customers to our Kount representative.
- Work with our Loss Prevention Manager and Kount representative to implement rules to mitigate loss
- Help Care Team investigate and solve issues; when patterns arise, take steps to create and document a process
- Assist with Marketing tasks as needed
- Partner with the Trendsend business and technical development team as needed to discuss operational opportunities, troubleshoot issues and test enhancements.
- Review and monitor requests to move customers from subscription to on-demand (Breakups)

- Demonstrates retail business acumen with strong operational and analytical skills. Prior Trendsend experience a plus
- Forward-thinking, ready to solve problems, and an adaptable attitude
- Ability to solve financial discrepancies including calculating tax, discounts, refunds with precision
- Strong computer and Excel skills including the ability to use spreadsheets efficiently, perform calculations and automation to process data all with acute attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners including Evereve partners, external partners and Trendsend customers

Salary : $43,700 - $55,300
