Position Overview

Evereve’s Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for creating engaging, on-brand content for our digital channels, with a primary focus on social media. As a self-starter with the passion and creative chops for producing content, you'll be excited to embrace social media growth and create engaging and technically sound content with an eye on the latest social media trends. This role can craft compelling video content in Evereve’s brand voice, ideate creative ways to storytell, and recognize the types of content that promote engagement on social media.

Reporting to the Sr Manager, Social Media and Influencers, you’ll collaborate with brand marketing and creative teams to shoot and edit social media content with an eye on constant growth in both social media followers and engagement on Evereve’s social media channels.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation

• Create and edit video and static content for Evereve’s digital channels.
• Collaborate with Art Directors to capture high-quality, effective social media content laddering back to Evereve business goals.
• Responsible for production setup/teardown, shooting, and editing content as assigned.
• Write engaging, on-brand copy—including captions, headlines, and stories—that enhances visuals and drives community connection.
• Ensure content deliverables are to specifications, brief and on time.

Social Media Support

• Continually look for opportunities in content trends, learn new social content creation techniques, and keep a pulse on competitive trends to bring new ideas in content creation.
• Partner with the social media marketing team, as needed, to support scheduling and implementation of social content.
• Champion processes to improve content organization that is easily accessible to creative partners and marketing teams to identify quick opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in social media content creation, with an understanding of social media platform best practices and trends.
• Experience in pre-to-post production of content creation, including: lighting, editing and audio set-up.
• Proficiency in editing software Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and/or Final Cut Pro.
• Highly creative with a drive to produce both compelling but effectively engaging content to grow
• Evevere’s social media following and reach new audiences.
• Ability to work within social media scheduling tools and understand social media measurement KPIs.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule with onsite shoots, corporate office and occasional nights and weekends based on content needs.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
