Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pipe Foreman (not water/sewer) to lead and oversee pipe laying projects from start to finish. This role is vital in ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. As a key leader on-site, you will lead field crew for site development and infrastructure projects, manage resources, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Candidate should have
5 years of experience sitework, grading, drainage, concrete)
2 years leading crews
Strong understanding of construction sequencing and production
Ability to read blueprints and grade stakes
Solid Communication and leadership skills
Valid NC driver's license
Experience with underground utilities, heavy equipment operation, grading & site balancing and use of GPS/grade control systems

Duties
- Lead and supervise field crew daily
- Coordinate subcontractors, equipment and materials as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to guide team activities
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety compliance
- Manage construction schedules using Busy Busy
- Lead supervising efforts by mentoring team members, managing labor productivity, and resolving on-site issues promptly
- Excellent blueprint reading skills along with the ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings
- Supervising experience with a focus on safety protocols
- Maintain daily job documentation
- Effective management skills with a focus on team supervision, coordination, and communication within diverse crews
Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
