Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness in our kitchen and ensuring smooth operations.
Duties:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
- Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
- Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
- Sweep and scrub floors.
Experience:
- Experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of proper food handling procedures.
- Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations.
Skills:
- Experience in hotel, catering, bussing, banquet, or restaurant environments is a plus.
- Basic understanding of culinary terms and practices.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a kitchen setting.
