As we expand, we are looking for an energetic, dependable Furniture Retail Sales Associate to join our founding Lynnwood team. This is a high-energy, "on-your-feet" role perfect for someone who loves interior design and isn't afraid of a little heavy lifting to keep a showroom looking its best.

Job Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)
- Customer Engagement: Greet guests and provide expert assistance with furniture selection and sales.
- Showroom Staging: Frequently move and rearrange furniture on the sales floor to keep displays fresh and appealing.
- Inventory Intake: Assist with loading in new consignments and tagging items for the floor.
- Customer Load-Outs: Help customers load sold items into their vehicles (we do not facilitate or coordinate deliveries).
- Sales Operations: Process transactions, consignments, and returns accurately at the front desk.
- Communication: Answer phone inquiries and provide updates on current inventory.
Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)
- Physical Stamina: This is a physically active role. You must be comfortable regularly moving furniture, rearranging the showroom, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Experience: Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal communication and basic math/cash handling skills.
- Attributes: Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a "team-first" attitude.
- Availability: Must have a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
