About our Company:

At the Everett Agencies, we market for one of the fastest growing Companies in the Financial Services Industry specializing in the Worksite/Benefits market place. We currently provide employee benefits to over 3,000 companies and growing. Due to this tremendous growth and success, we are looking to fill key positions on our team. Our Dallas-Fort Worth Leadership Team’s mission is to train and develop leaders through our F.O.C.U.S. Mentorship Program. Our Agency has consecutively broken company growth records since 2009.

A day by day look:

Our Benefit Specialists use our propriety lead management system to meet with business owners and present ways to fulfill their envisioned employee benefits package. Our goal is to help business owners attract and retain employees with much needed benefits, and most importantly, help the employees at each company protect who they care most which is their families at home. This is a Monday through Friday position. NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKENDS, AND NO HOLIDAYS.

How you are compensated:

At the Everett Agencies, the average first-year income for a Benefit Specialist ranges between $50,000 to $85,000. Management roles can earn $100,000 or more.
