Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage residential remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and quality craftsmanship.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, subcontractors, and vendors, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.
- Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and uphold safety and quality standards.
- Utilize digital tools for project tracking, documentation, and reporting.
• Lead with empathy and professionalism, creating a positive experience for clients and team members alike.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential construction and/or remodeling project management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with homeowners, subcontractors, and team members.
• Digitally competent, comfortable using project management software and communication tools. - Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Kind and exceptional people skills, fostering a collaborative and respectful work environment.
- Growth mindset, eager to learn and improve processes continuously.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required).
