Key Responsibilities
- Partner with homeowners to understand their needs, dreams, and style preferences.
- Take detailed notes, measurements, and photos of project areas.
- Guide clients through the ideas and pricing phase of the remodeling process, helping them make confident decisions.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with homeowners through clear, empathetic communication.
- Present project proposals and estimates with clarity and confidence.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure the client's vision is fully realized.
- Utilize digital tools and CRM systems for lead tracking, follow-ups, and reporting.
- Maintain a positive, growth-oriented attitude while staying adaptable to new ideas and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (required).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Positive, enthusiastic personality with the ability to build rapport quickly.

- Digitally competent with CRM, communication, and design/sales tools.
- Interior residential remodeling experience is a plus, but not required.
