What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager - Recruiting & Sourcing position at Everest Search Partners?
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic person to join our team (hybrid schedule). The primary responsibility of the Recruiter will be to source, screen, and recruit top talent for our clients and pay a base plus commission.
Key responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone and on camera screens assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other sources of potential candidates
- Assist with onboarding and training of new hires
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition preferred, willing to train
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
