We’re looking for high-energy individuals with a strong drive to complete each job correctly and on schedule. This position offers a $15.00/hour base pay plus commission on every completed job.
We require a 4–8 week trial period to ensure you are a good fit with our team and can consistently provide the level of quality we expect. At the end of this period, we will reassess and determine long-term employment with Everest Seamless Gutters.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain seamless gutters, gutter covers, and specialty systems including copper and other artisan-style gutters
- Ensure precise measurements, clean lines, and professional finishes on every install
- Travel daily with the crew to residential and commercial job sites
- Maintain a strong focus on attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Complete projects efficiently while meeting company quality standards
- Work safely at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Communicate clearly with team members and customers
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional
Requirements
- REQUIRED: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on gutter system installation experience.
- Experience with copper or artisan gutter systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- High energy with a strong work ethic and drive to complete jobs
- Ability to work well as part of a team—teamwork is essential
- Must be able to regularly lift and carry heavy materials
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Pay: Up to $2,350.00 per week
