Job Description:
Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the Global Talent Acquisition team.
The responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Providing exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
- Scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers/interviewers using GoodTime
- Coordinating all logistics including meeting location, rooms, directions, calendar invites
- Escorting of candidates onsite as needed
- Creating offer letters in partnership with recruiter in Workday
- Managing onboarding process for new hires in Workday
- Leading process from the time candidate has accepted offer to first day, including initiating background check, tracking onsite eligibility info, ensuring all paperwork is completed, manage employment eligibility verification and coordinating new hire tax forms
- Creating agency accounts and uploading recruiting information in Workday
- Acting as a liaison between our Technology Services and the Talent Acquisition team
- Assisting with our Early Talent/Campus hiring, which is peak September/October
- Assisting with Talent Acquisition Diversity initiatives and programs
- Conduct quality check to ensure TA team is adhering to our processes and compliance requirements
- Document our processes for Standard Operating Procedures
- Coordinating and facilitating new hire orientation
- Assisting with ad hoc projects
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a recruiting environment
- Prior experience as a Recruiting Coordinator strongly preferred
- Prior experience with Workday strongly preferred
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Provides an excellent candidate experience to internal and external stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and deals effectively with pressure; remains optimistic and persistent, even under adversity
- Strong decision-making skills
- Takes responsibility for their work and meeting deadlines. Willing to take on projects to help their team
- Easily adapts and adjusts to changing environments while maintaining effectiveness
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
