Warehouse Worker

Company Overview 
Everest Marble is a leading marble supplier serving the tri-state area. We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and safety-conscious Warehouse Worker to support warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping, and receiving activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining an organized and productive work environment. 
Key Responsibilities 

• Assist with shipping, receiving, loading, and unloading deliveries and trucks. 

• Inspect, verify, and receive incoming merchandise accurately. 

• Prepare customer and delivery orders by processing requests and pulling materials. 

• Pack, stage, and organize products for shipment or delivery. 

• Assist with physical inventory counts and inventory control activities. 

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. 

• Keep shelves, pallet areas, and workstations orderly at all times. 

• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). 

Qualifications 

• 1 to 2 years of warehouse experience preferred. 

• Forklift certification is required. 

• Strong communication, organizational, time management, and basic math skills. 

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team. 

• High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability. 

Physical Requirements 

• Regular use of hands and arms for handling, lifting, reaching, and operating equipment. 

• Ability to lift and move items weighing 10 to 50 pounds regularly and over 100 pounds occasionally. 

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. 

• Occasionally sitting, balancing, and climbing as needed. 

• Ability to meet the visual requirements necessary for safe warehouse operations.
