Position Title: Financial Analyst

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Position Summary - Everest is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Acquisitions team. This role is primarily responsible for financial modeling projects related to the acquisition of wireless communications tower sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills. They will be comfortable managing multiple projects at once in a fast-paced work environment with strict deadlines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Production of financial models to support our team in evaluating acquisition opportunities
• Review lease contracts and other due diligence materials
• Produce Offer Letters for our Acquisitions team to distribute to external parties
• Organize and enter certain information to our internal CRM platform (Sitetracker)
• Assist in providing regular feedback and progress reports to the Vice President of Acquisitions
• Interface and collaborate with our Acquisition Directors regarding potential site acquisition opportunities, valuations, modeling, etc
• Other duties as required

Education and Experience:

• Undergraduate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field of study preferred
• Strong organization skills with attention to details
• Advanced computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal
• 1-2 years of professional experience
