Direct the creation, planning, implementation, and maintenance of software products and solutions by cross functionaldevelopment teams; Assist teams in implementing development and agile methodologies.Encourage the facilitation of Agile practices, such as retrospectives, sprint planning, sprint demos, andscrum; Develop precise product release schedules; work with the product group to identify and address issues, gaps, and challenges in the software engineering processes; and help team with ongoingimprovement; Present project status and recommendations to management, providing insights into project timeline. Work on product functionality, performance, plans, and field support escalations, addressing concerns and ensuring alignment. Skills- agile methodologies, sprint planning, sprint demos, and scrum.Requirements: Bachelors or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, IT with minimum 5 years of experience in agile methodologies, sprint planning, sprint demos, and scrum.MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL AND/OR RELOCATE TO WORK IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT THE US.
