What You'll Do
As Hospice Administrator, you will oversee daily operations, team leadership, and service quality for our Goodyear office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and support an interdisciplinary hospice care team
- Oversee daily office and operational activities
- Ensure high-quality patient care aligned with individualized plans of care
- Monitor compliance with hospice regulations, Medicare guidelines, and HIPAA standards
- Mentor and support staff while fostering a compassionate, collaborative culture
- Coordinate interdisciplinary team care planning
- Maintain documentation standards and regulatory compliance
- Ensure adherence to all state and federal hospice regulations
- Partner with senior leadership to improve services and patient outcomes
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a compassionate healthcare leader with strong organizational and leadership skills.
Required:
- Minimum 2-3 years of healthcare experience, preferably in hospice
- Strong understanding of hospice regulations and documentation standards
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred:
- Hospice Experience
- Leadership or management experience in healthcare
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field
- Experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) is preferred.
