Everest Franchise Brands, LLC — Multi-Brand Fitness & Wellness Franchisor | Miami, FL preferred (relocation assistance available) | $130K Base Bonus, Total $156K–$169K at Target

The Opportunity

Everest Franchise Brands, LLC is a founder-led, multi-brand franchisor operating StretchMed (35 locations, assisted stretching) and Get In Shape For Women (16 locations, small-group personal training built on our 15 foundational movement patterns), with four new concepts in the launch pipeline — FIT28, CLUB150, and a new Pilates brand — and a long-game plan to take our parent company, Everest Global Brands, Inc., public. We are building for the long term — this is not a build-to-flip company.

We are hiring our first Director of Training — the owner of the single most important asset a service franchisor has: the quality and consistency of the service itself, and the people who deliver and sell it.

Our members don't experience our org chart. They experience one stretch session, one training session, delivered by one practitioner — and one membership conversation, handled by one manager. Whether those moments match the standard at location 3 or location 53 is this role's entire reason to exist.

This role reports to the COO — and exists, in part, to keep the COO out of the training business entirely. You are not building slide decks for someone else to deliver. You own the classroom, the certification, the field standard, and the results.

What You Will Own

The service curriculum. You will codify how we deliver: written curriculum, video library, skills assessments, and certification standards for the 15 GISFW movement patterns and the StretchMed assisted-stretch protocols. Today this knowledge lives in people's heads; you will turn it into a documented, teachable, certifiable system — the foundation that FIT28, CLUB150, the new Pilates brand, and every future fitness concept will be built on as they come online.

The sales curriculum. Great service that nobody buys doesn't keep studios open. You will own how our locations sell: consultative membership conversations, intro-session-to-member conversion, renewal and referral. If you can teach a practitioner to guide a hesitant prospect into a membership with integrity — and teach a manager to coach that skill — you understand half this job. Selling experience is not optional garnish here; it is a core competency of the role.

Everest Franchise School. You will build and run our structured onboarding academy: every new franchisee and every new location team goes through your program — service protocols, sales process, operating standards — and nobody touches a member until they are certified. In-person intensives plus a video curriculum you will build and keep current.

Weekly manager training. You will design and personally lead a weekly live training cadence for location managers across all studios (delivered via Zoom), covering service quality, sales skills, and operational standards. This program is also a compliance and revenue engine: locations operating under minimum training standards enroll in mandatory additional training. You own the calendar, the content, and the outcomes — week in, week out, without fail.

Service execution across all locations. You own service delivery quality system-wide: field audits (in-person and video-based), mystery-session reviews, client outcome tracking, and a location-level service scorecard that feeds the COO's weekly operating cadence. Your audit standard includes operational compliance checks — for example, verifying every StretchMed location maintains its required dedicated full-time, non-stretching manager. When quality slips anywhere, you see it first and fix it fast.

Clinical integrity and safety. You are our internal authority on functional movement: protocol safety and efficacy, injury-prevention standards, modifications for special populations, and clinical defensibility of everything we teach.

A small, capable team. You inherit two strong contributors: a Master Practitioner (our best stretch practitioner and StretchMed protocol SME) and a remote mobility specialist with excellent documentation instincts. You bring the clinical framework, the teaching system, and the sales training; they bring deep craft knowledge of our protocols. Built right, this pairing is your force multiplier.

Who You Are

You are a clinician-educator who can sell — a rare combination, and we know it. You are tired of impacting one body at a time and want to build the system that raises the standard for thousands of members across thousands of locations.

•MS in Athletic Training, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology — or DPT. ATC credential strongly preferred; FMS/SFMA, CSCS, or comparable functional movement certifications highly valued.

•Deep functional movement expertise: you can teach, regress, progress, and troubleshoot movement patterns for real-world populations — de-conditioned 60-year-olds to weekend athletes — not just textbook cases.

•You have sold, or taught selling. Studio memberships, personal training packages, clinical services — you have carried a number or coached people who did, and you can teach the conversation without making it feel like a script.

•5 years teaching practitioners, not just clients: curriculum built, trainers certified, continuing education led, or clinical education programs run. You know the difference between being great at a skill and being great at transferring it.

•Cadence discipline. The weekly manager training happens every week — holidays, hurricanes, and bad moods notwithstanding. We screen finalists with the Kolbe A Index; If checklists, certifications, and a training calendar that never slips sound like order instead of prison, you're our person.

•Excellent on camera and in front of a room: much of your curriculum is video-delivered and Zoom-led; you will run live certification intensives and weekly broadcasts.

•Multi-site quality management experience (franchise, clinic network, studio group, or collegiate/pro athletics) is a strong plus.

Compensation

Base salary $130,000

Performance bonus 20%–30% of base ($26,000–$39,000) at target, against a written plan tied to: certification pass rates and time-to-competency for new location staff, location sales conversion metrics, service audit scores across both brands, training program revenue, and client outcome/retention metrics. Total at target $156,000–$169,000. Long-term High performers at Everest participate in the company's long-term incentive plan as the platform scales toward a public offering.

BenefitsHealth benefits, PTO, relocation assistance to Miami available

For context: this package sits far above the 90th percentile for ATC and fitness-education roles nationally — because we are not hiring an average candidate. We are hiring the person who builds the education and sales-training engine for a multi-brand platform headed toward IPO, and who owns a training program that is itself a meaningful revenue line.

Location & Travel

Miami HQ, alongside the founder and COO; Expect roughly 20–30% travel: new location openings, certification intensives, and field audits across our footprint.

Your First 90 Days

Codify the StretchMed protocols and the 15 GISFW movement patterns into v1 written and video curriculum. Launch the weekly manager training cadence and make it unmissable. Design the Franchise School curriculum and certification standard. Complete a service-quality and sales-conversion baseline audit across the existing 51 locations. Deliver your 12-month training roadmap for the two core brands. FIT28, CLUB150, and the Pilates concept come to you as they validate — the core brands come first.

How To Apply

Send a resume plus one artifact that proves you can systematize teaching — a curriculum outline, certification rubric, training video, or audit tool (redact anything proprietary). In your note, tell us in three sentences about something you have sold or taught others to sell. Finalists complete a Kolbe A Index, deliver a 15-minute live teaching demo of a movement pattern of your choice, and meet the founder and COO in Miami.
