Neighbors Health Center in Byron, IL, has an Immediate Openings for a Dietary Aide. The Schedule is 2-4 Days per Week, plus Every Other Weekend, from 3:30pm to 7:30pm or 6:00am to 2:30pm.

Responsibilities of the Dietary Aide:
- Assist the chef in the preparation and service of food and beverages
- Coordinate daily dietary services with the nursing staff
- May serve food to bed residents
- Maintain compliance with all applicable state and federal Food Sanitation Codes
- Ensure that work area is consistently clean and safe
Requirements
of the Dietary Aide:
- Illinois Food Sanitation Certification (or ability to attain this upon hire)
- Some experience in a food preparation environment a plus
- Must be able to understand, speak and write English
- Good verbal communication skills
- Compassion, understanding and tolerance for older adults
