ABA Technician (Part-Time Evenings) – Teaneck, NJ
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Technician to join our team in Teaneck, NJ. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working with children and making a meaningful impact through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Schedule:
Part-time, a few evenings per week (approximately 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM)
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home or community settings
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
- Collect and record data on client progress
- Support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living
- Collaborate with supervisors and caregivers to ensure consistency of care
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children preferred (ABA experience a plus, but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Willingness to learn and receive ongoing supervision
