Marketing Manager, Digital & AI Enablement

Position Summary: 

The Marketing Manager, Digital & AI Enablement is a hands-on, execution-oriented marketing generalist responsible for creating, enabling and delivering digital marketing support across EHI and its Affiliates. This role focuses on implementation, coordination, and optimization, partnering closely with hospice and palliative care leadership, philanthropy, and external vendors to ensure marketing efforts are effective, ethical, compliant, and scalable. Provides foundational marketing enablement for EHI and its Affiliates, supporting credibility-based growth efforts through clear positioning, digital presence, and executive-level marketing assets.

Position Qualifications:

• 6-8 years of hands-on marketing experience, with an emphasis on digital marketing and campaigns, vendor navigation, analytics tools, and platform organization.
• Practical fluency with AI tools.

• Previous work experience in the nonprofit or healthcare sector.
• Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of organizational objectives. Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Service excellence oriented with the ability to work well under pressure and navigate a corporate environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
