As our Senior Recruiter, you’ll play a strategic role in recruiting physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and other mission-driven healthcare professionals. You’ll partner with hiring leaders, solve complex recruiting challenges, and help build the workforce that supports one of the region’s largest healthcare organizations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for physicians, advanced practice providers, PACE, hospice, home health, and other critical healthcare positions.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies and build proactive talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs and serve as a trusted recruitment advisor.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through onboarding.
• Use recruiting metrics and labor market insights to improve hiring outcomes.
• Represent Everent Health at networking events, career fairs, and professional associations.

What You Bring

Required

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five (5) or more years of full-cycle healthcare recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated success recruiting difficult-to-fill clinical positions.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.

Preferred

• Experience recruiting physicians and/or advanced practice providers.
• Knowledge of provider compensation models and healthcare labor markets.
• Experience supporting multiple healthcare service lines, including PACE, hospice, or home health.
