Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Buford, GA. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for tasks related to lead generation, customer satisfaction, and ensuring effective communication with clients. The role will involve managing customer inquiries, providing product information, and assisting in the sales process.
The role best suits someone who understands the principle of bringing value. We supply to many high-value Fortune 500 customers. After sustaining decades of bringing value to our customers' business in a way our competition cannot or will not. We perform a brand of consultative and collaborative business development.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales and Customer Service skills
- Experience in lead generation and customer satisfaction
- Strong communication skills
- Customer Service experience
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Knowledge of Electrical and Electronic components is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field. Or Strong verifiable experience.
